FCHS Bells

To manage the bells at FCHS, go to 10.1.0.5, the PBX Management Interface and click on BELLS.
Username is fchs and password is fclions and it is case sensitive so all lowercase.

Click on BELLS to add any time that you want a bell to ring and the tone and zone destination. Click SAVE at the bottom of the screen.

Click on SCHEDULES from the home page to set which schedule will ring. There should be one set to Default-ON. To turn it on or off default, click on the schedule name, such as DAILY. Just above the list of bells that will ring on this schedule, there is a box for 'Default-ON Schedule'. If you want to turn this schedule on, click that box. If you want to turn it off, uncheck that box.
With the exception of summer days, the DAILY should be checked. Be sure to SAVE at the bottom of the page.

For Exam days or other exception days, click on EXCEPTION SCHEDULE DAYS. You can add days dates with the schedule you wish to ring on that day but clicking the + at the top right of the page. Select your date and schedule, then SAVE.
