Go to 10.10.1.7/dpclient and use the install link at the top
If you run the client install so it puts the icon on the desktop, the main thing to check besides the compatibility is that the URL is in the Trusted Sites portion of the Security Tab in Internet options.
Tools, Internet Options, Security, Trusted Sites, Sites and add the URL.
You might have to reboot after that.
Also, Run as Admin
For Mac
To add an icon for Smart Fusion for Macs, you will need to create a Remote Desktop Connection icon for their desktop.
Remote Desktop Connection can be found in the Applications folder.
Steps:
Open Remote Desktop Connection.
Enter 10.10.1.7 but do not hit Connect yet
Go to RDC at the top and choose Preferences
Enter the username (for the first login)
Enter the password (password is password for all logins here)
Enter csidp for the Domain
Then click Applications in the RDC Preferences pane
Enter a check mark in the check box
Copy and paste this in the first box: C:\Program Files (x86)\CSI\SmartFusion\autoupdateclient.exe
Copy and paste this in the second box: C:\Program Files (x86)\CSI\SmartFusion\
On the Security tab, check the Connect Even if Authentication Fails box
Then go to File>>Save As and name it Smart Fusion and save it to the desktop. (If your bookkeeper uses a Mac, she will need two separate icons for the SA account and one for the regular account).
When they open this, they will get a message about the server name bring incorrect. Just hit Connect. (I have reported this to CSI for a way to fix)
