First navigate to the web admin using the IP address 10.11.100.49....the Admin password is 12345678
Add the user and give her/him a 4 digit code. Leave all other settings the same and Save
You can also add the user to the scan feature here (Stored Addresses)
After installing the driver,
1. Add the printer using 10.11.100.49
2. Name the printer
3. Make sure to choose the Konica Minolta driver you just installed (654e)
4. Open a Word document
5. Click Print
6. Choose Output Method
7. Choose User Track
8. Click ok and make sure to save these settings as the presets for this printer. You can then test it out
For Windows, find the latest driver and add the copier using that driver setup. Add the user with an Account Track password in the admin interface. Then open the Preferences from the menu that appears. Click the Basic tab then the Authentication/Account Track button. Leave the Department Name field blank. In the Password field, enter the password
